Hmmm….so I paid attention to the diet. I could use more energy!! It is simple—for 30 days–no sugar and no processed foods. Initially, I thought it sounded simple until I really started thinking about it. Even when I cook at home, I often use prepared foods in my recipes. Could I even use bottled tomato juice or chicken broth from a carton? How about canned soups, bread….I guess a cake mix is out of the question.
